Here are some pots from my latest glaze firing. The white glaze is a recipe from digitalfire. I’m still learning how to use it. This time I sieved the glaze because I had some problems with big ragged particles being stuck in the glaze. Unfortunately the glaze was a bit on the thin side. When applied too thin it gets very matt (or should I say rough). Otherwise it’s quite a nice glaze. I like the satin feel of it (75% matt and 25% glossy glaze). I don’t use cones and only use the pyrometer and my experience. The firing should be around cone 5 (pyrometer read slightly above 1200°C).
